You have the choice for delivery among several offers including a free delivery offer!

Our site ships orders to almost all of the world, in fast mode (mainland France and Europe) or standard (rest of the world) in order to best meet your expectations.

You can choose the delivery method among several carriers and you benefit from free delivery in Mondial Relay from € 39.

Orders are prepared in 2 to 8 working days (weekends and holidays are not counted). Once the order has been prepared it is shipped: the delivery time varies depending on the carrier, you can track the shipment on the carrier's site using the tracking number that will be communicated to you.

Shipments are made from Monday to Friday (except holidays). The delivery times we offer are from the date of dispatch of the order. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is shipped.

To know when you will receive an item, you must consider the availability of that item and the delivery time.

Your right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.120-20 et seq. Of the Consumer Code, you have a period of seven (7) days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties except, where applicable, return costs. The seven-day period runs from the date of receipt of the items.

You can exercise this right on all items purchased except for Audio and Video, Multimedia and CD Accessories products when they have been unsealed.

To cancel your order within the withdrawal period of 7 working days, contact our customer service. Please ensure that you have been notified of an agreement prior to any return.

We inform you that ancillary services to purchases cannot be canceled (example: gift wrapping costs).

Return conditions

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have ordered, you can return it to us under the conditions specified above, within 14 days, and we will refund you the full amount. the item (the initial shipping costs incurred by the store are not reimbursed).

  • Books must be returned in their original condition, no trace of their use must appear.
  • Products from the Audio, Video, Multimedia and Accessories Universes must be returned in their original packaging, not unsealed.
  • Electronic products must be returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, accompanied by all their accessories (instructions, cords, remote controls, guarantees, etc.) and in their original packaging.

How to make a return?

All returned products must be shipped using Tracked shipping. If the value exceeds 100 € we recommend sending by registered mail with insurance of the value of the products. For the rest of the shipments, prefer the shipment with Standard tracking.

Return a defective or non-compliant product

If an element of a box is missing or non-compliant, we kindly ask you to return the entire box to us. A box is indeed a single inseparable item, so it is impossible for us to exchange or refund the single missing or non-compliant item, even if this item is available individually on our site.

Refund

Here are some explanations regarding refunds. If you have paid for your order:

  • By payment card: The refund amount is paid directly to the account associated with the payment card used.
  • By Paypal: The refund amount is paid directly to the paypal account which was used to pay for the order.
  • By bank check: A transfer or check corresponding to the amount of the refund is made to your bank account. You must therefore send us a Bank Identity Statement (RIB) by email so that we can perform the operation.
  • By gift voucher: Gift vouchers are not refunded and do not fall within the framework of a classic withdrawal.

Calculation of reimbursements

Returning Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: If you return an item due to an error on our part because it is non-compliant, we will reimburse you for the original postage, as well as the reshipment costs. You will also be reimbursed for the cost of gift wrapping (and any other ancillary services).

In the event of loss, deterioration or spoliation during delivery, we will reimburse you a lump sum compensation of a maximum amount of 28 euros per package (postage and packaging costs included).

After verification, if an item returned as damaged or non-compliant shows no defect, our site reserves the right not to make the requested refund, the return being then at the buyer's expense and the product returned at its own expense.

We undertake to replace at our own expense any defective products upon unpacking in the event that the customer has previously submitted a reservation to the carrier upon arrival of the package. The words "subject to packaging" have no legal value and cannot give rise to any recourse to our carrier. We advise you to carry out a complete check on receipt of the goods, and to establish clear and precise reservations if the package and its contents present anomalies.

In the event that the buyer has any doubt of any kind whatsoever on the condition or content of his package, he is required to apply the legal procedure, in particular:

  • to report the damage due, all complaints and reservations, and to refuse the goods by immediately issuing a report of anomaly to the agent to the carrier.
  • if the package is accepted, report these incidents to our site and to the carrier within a maximum of 48 hours after receipt of the package.

Items returned during the 14 day withdrawal period

You have the possibility of canceling any purchase, using your right of withdrawal provided for by law, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the items. If you cancel your purchase, within the 14 working day cooling off period, we will refund you the amount of the item price as follows:

  • If you return an item from an order of multiple items to us, we will refund the amount of the single item.
  • If you return an entire order to us, we will reimburse you for all the items. The initial shipping costs are not refunded.

Unless the return is the result of an error on our part or if it turns out to be defective, we will not reimburse any additional services (example: gift wrapping costs), nor the return shipping costs. If the returned order resulted in the benefit of free initial shipping costs, we will have to deduct from the refund the amount of postage due for the purchase of the item.

Return of orders paid by gift certificate

Items acquired in part or entirely by gift voucher are not refunded and do not fall within the scope of a classic withdrawal.

Gift certificates or coupons linked to specific promotions are not refundable.
